Our room was well-equipped and neat with great views across the gardens down towards the lagoon and a futon, for example. It was based in beautiful building in a stunning location, back to the Masaya market.
No negatives from this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view was absolutely amazing, just as advertised. We could see the lake of Granada, Mombacho volcano, and a perfect angle of the lagoon. The apartments were modern, comfortable, and clean. The whole property was in good shape. We also loved the hotel facilities, especially the nice pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as well, being in the hills around the hotel and just a short drive down to the lagoon. Additionally, there were some great local restaurants near the hotel where we could enjoy delicious meals.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The service at this hotel was exceptional! The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They remembered my name and activities and always made me feel welcome.
One of the negative aspects of my stay was that the power in my room would sometimes go off at night. However, the issue was quickly resolved when I contacted the front desk.
